We collect rent payments on the first of each month.
We deposit all rent payments. All invoices are sent out separately.

We arrange an initial inspection of the property and meet with the landlord to discuss direction of investment prior to a contract being signed.
In the case of emergencies, repairs and renovations, a repairman is dispatched and pictures are taken of the problem. Landlord is contracted for approval to make repair(s).
